Rohde & Schwarz power analyzers support E2E testing of power electronics, from R&D to production and end-of-line (EOL) testing. And our broad range of models - including high-precision power analyzers from ZES ZIMMER - means that you can find the right instrument for your application, with options for:

  • Single-, three- or multi-phase measurements
  • Wide voltage and current ranges
  • AC, DC or mixed signal analysis
  • Multiple accuracy levels
  • Measurement accuracy of 0.015 % of the actual value being measured, plus an additional 0.01 % of the selected measurement range
  • High end models with 1, 4 and 7 channel versions.
  • DualPath architecture enables simultaneous acquisition of narrowband and broadband parameters
  • Four selectable power channel types and a process signal interface (PSI)
