OEMs providing RUs for Open RAN infrastructure adopting the Qualcomm QRU100 5G RAN Platform can be confident that these Rohde & Schwarz solutions meet the necessary sub-6 GHz test requirements for design verification and production.

Recently, China Mobile has selected the R&S SMM100A vector signal generator from Rohde & Schwarz to validate its 5G technology. The new signal source generates 5G signals in research applications to verify current and future 5G technologies.
