eCall 是一项欧洲倡议，旨在为在欧盟内任何地方发生碰撞的驾车者提供快速援助。2018 年 3 月 31 日起，欧盟境内销售的所有新车都强制配备 eCall。遇重大交通事故时，车辆中的紧急救援服务 (E112) 将手动或自动启动以联系紧急救援机构，并会发送包含相关车辆和位置信息的最小数据集 (MSD)。
