Sales and Product Management : Sales Engineer

Your tasks

• • Achieve sales targets and all key performance indicators in accordance with the company's sales strategy and annual sales plan. • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular follow-ups to identify new needs, promptly address pre-sales and after-sales issues, and improve customer satisfaction. • Proactively promote company products and related solutions. Coordinate and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. • Manage commercial negotiations and contract signing with clients. Monitor contract execution and be responsible for timely collection of payments. • Organize and report client feedback and industry information in a timely manner to support relevant departments in responding to market changes and formulating marketing strategies.

Your qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree or above. Preference will be given to majors in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, with strong client relationship management skills. Familiarity with the electronic test and measurement industry is a plus. • Excellent commercial negotiation and communication skills, capable of effective multi-dimensional communication with clients. • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to business travel. Must possess strong learning agility and resilience under pressure.
