罗德与施瓦茨混合及下一代紧急呼叫测试解决方案获得cetecom advanced 的认证

罗德与施瓦茨（以下简称“R&S”）的混合紧急呼叫及下一代紧急呼叫测试解决方案已成功通过由 cetecom advanced 实施的认证测试。cetecom advanced 是一家领先的独立测试实验室，为通信、汽车、医疗、支付与识别等多个领域的设备提供产品测试和全球认证。R&S解决方案基于 CMX500 无线通信测试仪，并配备了更新的紧急呼叫选件，以确保符合最新的紧急呼叫法规和标准。

混合紧急呼叫测试规范 EN 18052 规定混合系统必须结合不同的传输路径和协议，以确保紧急呼叫能够可靠地到达目的地。在实践中，这意味着车辆将使用下一代紧急呼叫功能（基于 IP/IMS、通过 4G/5G 传输语音和数据），但在网络覆盖或服务质量下降时，可以自动回退到可用的传统电路交换紧急呼叫（2G/3G）传输路径。制造商需要验证其混合实施方案，确保其能够在多种网络场景下（包括NR语音、LTE语音和电路域回落）触发呼叫、传输最小数据集（MSD）、保持全球导航卫星系统定位并提供清晰可辨的语音质量。测试必须证明系统在切换期间以及无线条件恶化的情况下依然保持稳健，同时符合相关的欧洲标准化委员会、欧洲电信标准化协会、第三代合作伙伴计划和国家要求。

R&S已更新其紧急呼叫评估解决方案 CMX-KA09x，以支持符合 EN 18052:2025 和 EN 17240:2024+A1:2026 标准。其中，CMX-KA099 选件已成功完成符合 EN 18052:2025 的公共安全应答点（PSAP）测试场景，而 CMX-KA098 选件则成功完成了符合 EN 17240:2024+A1:2026 的公共安全应答点测试场景。这标志着在满足欧洲对下一代紧急呼叫测试系统的要求方面迈出了重要一步。
