Sales and Product Management : Product Manager - Signal, Spectrum & Phase Noise Analysis (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You analyze Signal, Spectrum, and Phase Noise Analyzer markets to identify growth opportunities and drive market share strategies.
• You track competitors and Test & Measurement trends, turning insights into clear product requirements.
• You define and prioritize requirements with R&D, present business cases, and manage the full product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
• You act as subject matter expert for phase noise and support complex pre- and post-sales engagements.
• You build strong international customer relationships, involve them early in product development for market validation and drive critical opportunities with business units.
• You align development, sales, and marketing while executing Go-to-Market strategies, pricing, positioning, and launches.
• You create sales enablement and technical materials, deliver customer and sales training on phase noise, and represent the company at industry events and conferences

Your qualifications

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or similar, with relevant industry experience.
• You have knowledge of signal, spectrum, or phase noise analysis.
• You can turn technical, market, and competitive insights into strategic product decisions.
• You ideally bring strong experience in phase noise or oscillator characterization, RF/Microwave test equipment markets, or customer-facing technical roles
• You are able to translate customer needs into product specifications, roadmaps priorities, and understand product lifecycle management and Go-to-Market strategies
• You collaborate effectively across R&D, sales, marketing, and leadership, influencing key stakeholders.
• You communicate clearly, act results-driven, work effectively with global teams, are willing to travel and bring excellent English skills (German is a plus).
