The R&S ZNA high-end vector network analyzer (VNA) now features models with 50 GHz and 67 GHz maximum frequencies. This opens up the VNA’s outstanding RF performance, unique hardware concept and innovative touch operation to new areas of application. Rohde & Schwarz, the only supplier of fast diode sensors for power measurements up to 67 GHz, is increasing the maximum measurable frequency of diode power sensors to 90 GHz; higher than any other diode sensor currently available. The diode technology enables extremely fast and accurate power measurements with the highest sensitivity from a compact and light-weight portable instrument. High speed power measurements are now possible for all frequencies above 67 GHz in 5G, automotive radar and satellite communications applications including the entire E band.

The R&S®TA-TRS is a sequencer test software that further enhances seamless RF test experience for broadcast receivers. It features a user-friendly interface and unique test configurations such as loss compensation, multiple interfering signals, and smart learning of DUT control by infrared remote control.

Rohde & Schwarz introduces the R&S MXO 4 series, the next generation oscilloscopes for accelerated insight

The R&S®TSMx mobile network scanners collect RF data to test mobile networks or analyze networks for government purposes. The new application programming interface (API) for R&S®TSMx mobile network scanners – here referred to as R&S®ViComWeb – allows the scanners to be quickly integrated into any third-party software irrespective of the operating system in use. Installations for walk and drive tests and for remote control of the scanners are supported.

Virtual deembedding of the test setup from the measurement result The R&S ZNB have new deembedding options integrated into the FW, which can easily be run with the R&S VNA. As components are not always accessible via RF connectors deembedding is needed to remove effects of all kinds of fixtures.

AFMETCAL, the Air Force Metrology and Calibration Authority, has been seeking to purchase microwave measurement receivers (MMR) for its precision measurement equipment laboratories (PMEL’s) and Air Force primary standards laboratory (AFPSL). According to these requirements Rohde & Schwarz has developed the R&S FSMR3000AF measuring receiver to calibrate signal generators and attenuators with one single instrument. Most important features provided are tuned RF level measurements, level measurements, analog modulation and spectrum analysis. With the R&S FSMR3000 Rohde & Schwarz has developed a microwave measurement receiver to calibrate signal generators and attenuators with one single instrument. Most important features provided are tuned RF level measurements, level measurements, analog modulation and spectrum analysis. Additionally, the R&S FSMR3000 can be equipped with powerful hardware for high-end phase noise test supplementary to the standard phase noise test with the spectrum analyzer. It offers also digital and analog modulation signal analysis, 80 MHz analysis bandwidth, analysis of pulses and VOR/ILS signals. The R&S FSMR3000 as a single box instrument is designed to reduce the complexity in calibration capabilities for the A&D industry.
