Marketing and Communication : Working Student Event Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support in planning, creating and fullfilling events f2f/ hybrid and online
• Entry, maintenance and analysis of data in various tools
• Creation of evaluations and reports for management to support the team
• Support in management and planning of in-house events and trade shows, including on-site support mainly in Europe

Your qualifications

• Academic studies in communication sciences, international marketing or business administration, industrial engineering with a focus on marketing or comparable field of studies
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
• Interest / understanding in B2B marketing
• Basic knowledge in event management on agency or industry side
• Digital mindset with high affinity for online marketing tools and channels
• Reliable and structured approach to work combined with strong organizational skills within a team
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and good knowledge of written and spoken German
• On-site availability is necessary for this position
