We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Development Engineer to join our team in developing and implementing automated test solutions for a wide range of wireless chipsets and communication standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and customers to deliver software automation solutions on wireless test equipment that help solve signal measurement and production testing challenges.

Your tasks

Develop and implement automated test solutions for various wireless chipsets and communication standards.
Perform verification and validation of interim software builds and final product releases.
Act as the primary technical interface with chipset vendors, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including engineering teams, partners, and customers.

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, C#, or C++.
Familiarity with RF test equipment such as signal generators, analyzers, and universal radio communication testers is a plus.
Knowledge of RF/PHY testing principles for wireless standards such as Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Bluetooth, GSM/CDMA, LTE, and 5G NR is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
