Project Management : Senior Project Manager

Your tasks

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex aerospace and defense projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee key project functions, including cost control, schedule management, risk assessment, quality assurance, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders, establishing project organization, managing teams, and coordinating with partners and suppliers.
• Supervise all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal governance processes and mitigating risks effectively.
• Provide regular project updates and detailed reports to customers and senior management.
• Collaborate with sales teams on contract preparation and tender management.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of systems engineering projects.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex projects in Air Traffic Control, Naval, or Defense (Communication Systems) with a proven track record in turn-key project delivery.
• Certified in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI, or IPMA Level C).
• Extensive expertise in system engineering models, integrating diverse technologies, and managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to bridge technology and business objectives.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working across international teams.
