Rohde & Schwarz Canada, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support our growing Commercial and Government System Project business. This position will be based out of our Kanata, Ontario headquarters.
This position will report to the Program Management Office and will provide a broad range of support for the systems projects business. This will include understanding project financials, analyzing project data and metrics, building dashboards to display and communicate project analytics and KPIs along with supporting other technical project application implementations. Ideal candidates will have project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage, organize and provide the highest level of accuracy, timeliness and dedication.
Your tasks
- Support Project Execution to meet customer and internal expectations
- Kickoff, manage and lead execution for small projects
- Develop and Track Project Schedules and Budgets
- Develop and submit Canadian Government forms and reports
- Produce and submit monthly invoices for assigned programs
- Coordinate meeting minutes and action items for in support of meetings
- Support internal business initiatives for the development of new processes.
- Support in-office activities such as organizing and attending meetings and client training. ~20% in-office hours per year
- Track and manage deliveries of R&S and third-party shipments.
- Organize logistics activities such as preparing and receiving shipments of equipment.
