We are seeking a AP and Treasury Team Leader for Rohde & Schwarz China to oversee our accounts payable and treasury operations. This role is responsible for leading the AP and treasury team, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, effective cash management, and maintaining strong internal controls.
Your tasks
- • Supervise daily operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payments and cash transactions. • Ensure company all accounting transactions properly and ensure that all month-end, quarterly-end and yearly-end closing are completed accurately, in timely manner and effectively. • Produce financial reports to satisfy external and internal mgmt. needs. • Responsible for company tax filling (VAT, CIT, etc). • Be responsible for the annual external auditing as well as internal auditing. • Maintain the relationship with the local authorities, auditors, etc. • Coordinating and communicate with group finance team overseas & other locations on various accounting and tax matters. • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance operational effectiveness and professional growth.
