We are seeking an ATC (Air Traffic Control) Sales Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in the development of our activity. This offer is a job creation. As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing ang growing our existing customer relationships within the ATC industry, identifying new business opportunities to expand our presence in the ATC market. The ATC Sales Account Manager will work closely with our internal teams (ATC segment, product and solution manager, and delivery teams) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Account Management & New business development :
  • Identify new business opportunities & develop our customers portfolio to expand our presence in the ATC market.
  • Develop & execute sales strategies including creating sales plans, forecasts and reports
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of ATC industry (customers, partners and competitors)
  • Identify & address customer needs to ensure their satisfaction Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop & maintain a thorough understanding of our products and solutions
  • Provide feedback and input on product development & identify new product opportunities Market Research :
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments and best practices

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or aviation
  • 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development preferably in the French ATC sector or related industries
  • Strong understanding of Air Navigation Service Providers, contracting and procurement cycles
  • Experience with sales force automation tools, such as CRM software.
  • Fluency in English
