This role provides engineering services to customers.

Your tasks

Delivers engineering services to customers effectively and on time
Monitors and maintains customers’ system equipment and performance
Guides customers through use of equipment safely and effectively
Explains new features and suggests upgrades to customers
Builds close relationships with customers
Generates SLA reports and presents findings to management and customers
Able to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to peers
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers
Ability to respond to emergencies on time

Your qualifications

Hold a diploma/degree in electrical engineering, or relevant engineering in RF
Willing to travel frequently in the ASEAN region
Good work ethics and growth mindset
Open-mindedness and innovative thinking
Time management skills
