This role provides engineering services to customers.

Your tasks

  • Delivers engineering services to customers effectively and on time
  • Monitors and maintains customers’ system equipment and performance
  • Guides customers through use of equipment safely and effectively
  • Explains new features and suggests upgrades to customers
  • Builds close relationships with customers
  • Generates SLA reports and presents findings to management and customers
  • Able to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to peers
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers
  • Ability to respond to emergencies on time

Your qualifications

  • Hold a diploma/degree in electrical engineering, or relevant engineering in RF
  • Willing to travel frequently in the ASEAN region
  • Good work ethics and growth mindset
  • Open-mindedness and innovative thinking
  • Time management skills
