Sales and Product Management : Director Solution Management (m/f/d) Mobile Radio Analysis

Your tasks

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the solution management team of the segment Mobile Radio Analysis
• Overall responsibility for the solution and service portfolio of the segment
• Identification of market and customer trends, development of product and pricing strategies and the overall "go-to-market" strategy of the segment
• Defining new product and solution requirements, taking responsibility of portfolio roadmaps, continuous innovation and differentiation in the market
• Support of technical sales and systems engineering in the creation of complex system offers
• Continuously analysing market and competition
• Close interface management to R&D departments, technical sales, system engineering, marketing and customer project management
• Representation of R&S in standardization committees, at trade fairs and with customers
• Supporting the sales process, providing training to sales teams

Your qualifications

• Completed university studies with comprehensive expert knowledge in product/solution management
• Qualified professional and industry experience in the field of mobile communication networks or similar
• In-depth knowledge of market development (target group identification, segmentation, customer needs assessment, cooperation in development cooperations, competitor comparison, market development, market figures)
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new, complex topics in combination with a high level of comprehension as well as experience in change management
• Leadership experience, the ability to motivate and confidently lead a team as well as influence other organisations
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Willingness to travel internationally coupled with intercultural and interdisciplinary competence
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, further language skills desirable
