Your tasks

Perform technical support for Wireless Communication Tester / Callbox equipment for the dedicate account customer
Demonstrate cellular and non-cellular wireless technologies: 2G~5G, WIFI & BT
Development and deliver seminars and customer trainings
Provide customer’s new requirements and features to Account Sales
Manage information and experience sharing for technical study task force
Discuss and cooperate strategy project with sales
Handle Project within internal teams and customers
Latest market and competition information sharing
Develop strong links with R&S HQ
Ensure optimum usage/distribution of company resources
Discuss and cooperate strategy project with R&D
Familiar with 3GPP / IEEE RF Specification for 2G~5G , WIFI, BT. Eg.TS 36.521/TS 38.521-1/2

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or comparable field of studies - 3-5 years of technical Protocol experience in a customer supporting role, preferably in a wireless communication test environment
Demonstrate knowledge and signaling test method of cellular and non-cellular wireless technologies: 5G / 4G / 3G, WIFI / BT,
Experience with C# or Python language programming
Experience with USA Network operator protocol Testing (PQA/Netop/ATE)
