新的eCall委托法规（EU）2024/1180于2024年5月9日生效，其中包括对2G和3G电路交换（CS）eCall的更新。为此，R&S更新了CMW-KA094 eCall 端到端一致性测试解决方案，以确保符合 EN 16454:2023 等最新 eCall 法规和标准。该解决方案更新帮助制造商和供应商满足新的要求，确保 eCall 车载系统 (IVS) 的无缝集成。
cetecom advanced的重新认证确认了模拟公共安全应答点（PSAP）的R&S CMW-KA094 eCall测试软件符合处理eCall、接收紧急数据以及与车载eCall系统交互的要求。从而，使用R&S解决方案的制造商和供应商在对其紧急呼叫系统进行验收测试时处于优势地位。与此同时，认证彰显了R&S致力于提供全面、可靠的 eCall 测试解决方案的承诺。
R&S和 cetecom advanced 同意进一步加深合作，共同为使用 4G 和 5G 网络基础设施进行实验室测试的新一代 eCall 推出符合标准的测试解决方案。cetecom advanced 是 eCall 的指定技术服务机构，支持 CEN 当前修订的相关 NG eCall 标准（如 EN 17240、EN 17184 和 EN 16072），并在 eCall 测试、认证和标准化领域拥有悠久的历史。R&S测试解决方案以CMX500 为基础，CMX500 是一款 4G/5G 一体化无线电通信测试仪，已被cetecom advanced 选为其实验室 NG eCall 一致性测试平台。R&S CMX500具有内部IMS服务器（通过SIP支持MSD）、针对eCall服务的VoLTE/VoNR测试以及独特的IP和应用测试功能。
基于R&S与 cetecom advanced 合作对 R&S CMX-KA098 NG eCall 测试软件的联合验证，客户可以获得符合 NG eCall 最新 CEN 标准的测试解决方案，从而推动业界采用新一代 eCall。从 2026 年起，供应欧洲市场的所有汽车供应商都必须采用新一代eCall。
