Sales and Product Management : MNT Applications Engineer

Your tasks

• In-field national technical support resource for the Mobile Network Testing (MNT) market segment
• Support Sales with customer field trials and key demonstrations (on site and remote)
• Be the expert on the MNT products and applications
• Work closely with MNT customers, Sales Specialists, and R&S account managers
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of LTE and 5G technologies
• Provide product and technical feedback to the MNT group in Europe
• Leverage in-house tools for day-to-day management of support activity
• Troubleshoot challenging technical issues
• Work with cloud-based software solutions for analysis of data

Your qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant engineering degree.
• 3+ years of experience with wireless technologies
• Strong, proven problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of current test tools focused on evaluation of mobile network performance
• Working knowledge of cloud-based applications running in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• Excellent understanding of industry best practices and standards.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe
• Strong communication and customer interface skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive, highly organized, analytical and self-managed.
• Coppell, TX or Columbia, MD is preferred however remote locations will be considered for the correct candidate.

The total compensation for this position is $75K-$155K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
